Even the smallest of photoshoots requires an action plan. In order for me to capture your session perfectly and produce the photos you've dreamt of I shall need the following forms completed and returned to me before the shoot. These can be emailed as soon as you wish, just as long as I am in receipt of them by the due dates below. Please be sure to include any specific group photographs that you are after and feel free to email any specific shots that you've seen which you'd like to create. Timings, names, contact info, and sometimes more personal information such as any special needs or family situations you feel I should be made aware of to avoid any awkward moments on your day.

I shall contact you nearer the time to remind you, although you can find due dates for these forms below.

Here’s a list of things I’m really used to hearing on of the following on the morning of a wedding:
1. “I never thought this day would come”
2. “All this work and here it comes”
3. “Everything is going so fast”
4. “Where is the booze?”
5. “Where are my posh knickers?” And sometimes….

2. Who has the boutonnieres? (flower corsage)
3. Have you practised tying the cravat if wearing one? If not, get on youtube
4. Do you have a tissue for your Bride for the ceremony?
5. Remember sunglasses/ cigars for you and groomsmen if you’re wanting a ‘reservoir dogs’ style walking photo, (or moustaches for any photos you’d like)?
6. Have you finished your speech? Try to finish this before the morning of your wedding? and don’t forget to thank the future in-laws for bringing such a wonderful, beautiful, amazing woman into the world!
7. Do you have the Order of Services?
8. Who has the rings?
